How does it Work?

1. If you already have a milk/egg subscription with Country Gardens, then click into the option below that applies, and add it to your cart. You can checkout with just your subscription delivery, or you can add it to your larger Country Gardens order.​​​

2. If you have a pickup day established for your Country Gardens subscription, just make sure to place your delivery order with Farm It Up before that day. ​​

3. At the checkout in the "Delivery Details" section, use the information associated with your Country Gardens account so that we can find your order details with Country Gardens.
