How does it Work?

1. If you already have a Community Farm Membership with Country Gardens, then place your order as you normally would with Country Gardens on their website.

2. Click into the option below and add it to your cart.

3. After you have placed your order with Country Gardens and established a "pickup day", just make sure to place your delivery order with Farm It Up before that day. ​​

4. At the checkout in the "Delivery Details" section, use the information associated with your Country Gardens account so that we can find your order details with Country Gardens.
